The girls prep hockey team welcomed the Armstrong Arrows 19U team from Pennsylvania to the GA Ice Arena for a two-game series. In the first matchup, the Lancers looked strong, despite having several injured and sick players. Gilmour skated to a 5-0 win with Hope Crisafi '20 (pictured on the right) getting the 14-save shutout in net. The highlight of the game was a goal by defenseman Beate Zagare PG, her first ever as a Lancer.

In game two, the Lancers once again came out strong. The offense was led by a hat trick from Julija Blazinsek '21 (pictured on the left), who also had one assist and finished the game with four points. Kristiana Apsite PG and Samara Walji '21 combined for the win in net. The final score was 6-1in favor of Gilmour.

At the lower level, the 16U Gilmour Gladiators also faced the Armstrong Arrows for a game. While it was tight for two periods, the Gladiators exploded for seven goals in the third. The final score was 7-0. Alayna Breivogel '21 got the shutout with 18 saves in net.
