Heather Conwell is in her 10th season as the Middle School girls basketball head coach and her sixth as an assistant coach of the volleyball program with the 2021-22 school year.

A native of Wellsburg, W.Va., she attended Brooke High School where she was a four-year letterwinner in the sport of basketball. She was later inducted into the Brooke High School Hall of Fame in 2012. She was a scholarship player at Division I Marshall University, where she earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in safety management.

Conwell is currently employed by Progressive Insurance as a supervisor. She has three daughters: Ashton, a 2015 graduate of Gilmour, Cydnee (21) and Amiya, currently a sophomore at Gilmour.
